  • Yoga Classes

    Classes include yoga poses, breathing practice (Ujjayi Pranayama), Guided Awareness/Yoga Nidra.

    This is a slower-paced yoga. Our poses are precise and compassionate giving you maximum benefit in the shortest time. Your teacher is trained to use props, alignments and adjustments to personalize the poses for your needs and abilities.

    Vichara is a self-inquiry process that uses a series of questions that unravel the knots in your mind. Vichara shines light into the patterns that cause your mind to get stuck in repetitive thinking patterns that cause you pain and problems.

    The clarity that Vichara provides will give you a new outlook on life and will make everything easier to handle. Vichara sessions can be done in person or on the phone.

    Private Asana instruction is also available for home practice or to gain familiarity with how this practice works. It will give you a direct understanding of this practice and it's underlying principles. This is a great way to begin Svaroopa yoga allowing plenty of time for questions and clarity. Each session builds on the next.
